Charles is the Development Director of peo&pro developments and the founder and director of a $20M portfolio residential development company. As co-director of peo&pro, Charles oversees our projects and company strategy alongside Ding Ding.
With over ten years of experience in the property and construction industries, Charles has built a diverse portfolio with exposure to residential, commercial and retail industries. His extensive background began in building services engineering, where he was responsible for high-rise development projects valued at more than a billion dollars.
Currently at peo&pro, Charles’ focus has been on townhouse developments. Under his and Ding’s leadership and a shared client-centric outlook, peo&pro’s $50M project portfolio has flourished with a wide variety of top-quality, stylish residential developments tailored to our clients’ needs and vision.
Charles studied Mechanical Engineering and Commerce at Monash University and obtained a Graduate Diploma of Property with Deakin University.
As co-directors, Ding and Charles jointly oversee our projects and company strategy. Additionally, Ding guides our company with meticulously formulated analyses, working closely with our design and sales teams to create an efficient strategy that allows us to maximise our advantage with the market’s most recent trends.
In 2014, Ding founded D-Australia Real Estate, which operates out of Melbourne. Prior to that, she worked in some of China’s most robust property markets, including Shanghai’s Huangpu and Xujiahui Districts. She brings to the table over 20 years of experience in Chinese and Australian markets, with a project portfolio that spans across townhouse developments to apartment buildings valued at more than AUD$350m.
Over her extensive career, Ding has developed an eye for meeting our clients’ needs and real estate vision. She understands that the key to a smooth execution of a project is a positive working relationship fostered by a bond of mutual trust.
